We are thrilled that you are considering Toko Events to join you on your wedding day. It is the greatest pleasure to give couples the gift of complete relaxation and trust that you can turn up on the day and enjoy every moment. We will ensure your wedding runs smoothly and that all your guests, including yourself and your family, have a great experience.
Our On the Day event management package means that we will come on board a month before the big day to ensure all details have been considered.

The wedding ceremony is a big moment and we want to make it magic for you and memorable for all.
Holding your hand and walking you down the aisle of finding suppliers, ceremony concepts and styling. You can relax and enjoy your day as we take care of your schedule and coordinate the whole wedding ceremony from start to finish.
We’ll be by your side from morning get-ready rituals to saying ‘I do’, we’ll plan and manage your wedding ceremony and see it all the way through from brainstorming ideas to packing down the very last chair.
The Big Day
When you’ve planned your own wedding from the start and need someone special to bring all the pieces together for the big day. This is for the couple who have had the time and energy to meticulously plan every aspect of their wedding but don’t know how to pull it altogether for a smooth and seamless celebration. From this day forward I’ve got you covered.
Meet me a month before The Big Day to hand-over all of your wedding preparations from venue, music, food, flowers and more and I’ll take over coordinating suppliers, run-sheets, set-up and pack-down. Everything management and logistics will be run by me for youl give my full attention to every last detail, so that you can be stress-free and fully present in the busy lead up to your wedding and on the day.
You made it all happen and on the big day I’m here to make it all complete.
